Install and activate
Install WantToBook Online Booking from WordPress.org, or upload the ZIP manually, then activate it.

Connect your organization
Open Settings → WantToBook and enter the organization slug from your public booking URL.

Insert the WantToBook Booking Form block or add
[wanttobook]to a page.

Everything you need before installing
The plugin is a secure bridge to your hosted WantToBook booking flow. It does not create a second booking system inside WordPress.
Security and privacy
Customer and booking information is sent directly to WantToBook. The plugin does not add analytics or advertising trackers. To prevent unauthorized embedding, the WordPress address must match the website configured for your organization in WantToBook, including whether the address uses www.
Do I need a WantToBook account?
Yes. The plugin displays the hosted booking flow for an active WantToBook organization.
Does it work with my page builder?
Yes. Add [wanttobook] through a shortcode or code element. This works in page builders that support standard WordPress shortcodes.
Can I add more than one booking form?
Yes. Override the slug per block or shortcode to display another organization or location on the same WordPress site.
Does the plugin slow down every page?
No. The booking iframe is lazy-loaded, and the frontend stylesheet is enqueued only on pages where the form is rendered.
Is customer data stored in WordPress?
No. WordPress stores only the organization slug, display height, and appearance preference. Booking data is processed by WantToBook.
