Quick setup

Install it in three steps

The plugin uses your existing hosted booking page, so there is no second service catalogue or calendar to maintain.

    Install and activate

    Upload the ZIP through Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, then activate WantToBook Online Booking.

    Connect your organization

    Open Settings → WantToBook and enter the organization slug from your public booking URL.

  3. 3

    Add the booking form

    Insert the WantToBook Booking Form block or add [wanttobook] to a page.

Security and privacy

The plugin stores only the organization slug and display height. Customer and booking information is sent directly to WantToBook. The plugin does not add analytics or advertising trackers.

To prevent unauthorized embedding, the WordPress address must match the website configured for your organization in WantToBook, including whether the address uses www.
