Google Calendar
Connect a calendar so busy events are considered when customers choose a time.
Quick Start
You do not need to learn the entire system first. Start with the workflow below and your customers will always receive the correct appointment status.
Recommended onboarding
The guided setup handles the essentials. During the beta, we check the result with you before you invite customers.
Complete your contact details and activate the organization.
Add at least one active service with a duration and price.
Set opening hours and add staff, rooms, or other resources when needed.
Submit a test request, then let us check the setup with you before launch.
When a customer submits a request, open the secure link in the notification email. The link opens that request directly, so no dashboard login is needed.
Check the service, date, time, customer details, and your availability. Contact the customer first if you need more information.
Approve when the appointment can go ahead.
Mark as in review when you need more time.
Reject when the appointment cannot go ahead.
